How long will it take to get my Order:

All orders are sent out the same business day (orders received before 09.00 am GMT). UK deliveries take 1-2 days estimated business days. International orders are sent by courier and can take up to 4-7 estimated business days. Any of our services do not guarantee delivery on the weekend, including express services. This is subject to availability (in the delivery location)

Business days count as Monday-Friday excluding weekends and all UK Bank Holidays (Christmas, Boxing day, New Years Day, Easter Monday and other Bank Holidays) Also We have limited services during Christmas and New years Eve and Good Friday. 

Please ensure the full address is provided in English to avoid delays with your order i.e Door/house number, building name, town, postal code (if applicable). We avoid shipping to PO Box addresses as many couriers do not ship there. We cannot issue reimbursements for incorrect shipments due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. 

(Please note we sadly cannot guarantee address or order changes after an order has been placed, as we ship the following working day on orders received after 8am GMT)

My country does not appear on the International Delivery List:

Don’t worry, if your country does not appear on the list, please email us at info@lyraswimwear.com and we will quote for you. There are, however, some countries that we do not deliver to because customs and duty costs incurred to the customer are excessive and unpredictable.

How do I know what size to get?

Please look at our Size Chart on the website which provides exact measurements to guide you to the right size. However, if you are still unsure, we are at the other end of the phone or email to offer advice.

Amend / Cancel an order?

Sadly we are unable to guarantee any changes once an order has been placed, as orders are dispatched soon after it is received. However, please reach out to us on our "Contact Us" page and we will do our best to rectify the order as per your request. If we are able to amend/cancel your order, we will reply to you to confirm this.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. So if you need to replace an item with a different size or colour, we ask that you return your order for a full refund and place a new order for your desired item.

How do I return unwanted Items?

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your swimsuit, you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage). Please visit our Returns Centre in order to initiate and process your return. 

If you live in the UK, you can return it to us free of charge by requesting a free returns label within the 'Returns Centre' Portal. 

Non UK customer ?

You can return it to us within 28 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage). Unfortunately we do not offer free returns labels outside the UK.  

Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note. All returns will be dealt with within a 3 working day period, please allow a further 3 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. 

Non EU returns  ?

If returning from outside the EU please ensure you fill customs declaration form as a ***RETURN*** item please do not mark it commercial items (you're not selling items to us)  

If no tick box available to mark as a return item please tick OTHER and clearly state it's a 'Return' item next to it. Failing to mark the customs form correctly will increase the time it will take to process your refund as items as commercial items will go through customs and will incur customs charge, which it should not, since it is a returned item.

In ALL returns parcels kindly leave a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number on it, so we can identify the parcel.

For ALL returns, you will be refunded for only the swimsuit(s) and not the shipping costs (unless there is a specific issue) 

Have you received my returned Items?

Returns are turned around as soon as we receive them and you will be notified by email on receipt. If your return requires a refund, your account will be credited immediately – please allow 3-5 days for this to show up in your account.

In the unlikely event that you have not heard from us within 7 days of us receiving your return. Please contact us and we will get back to your urgently.

Received Faulty/damaged goods ?

If this is the case, we apologise for. Kindly send us an email to info@lyraswimwear.com with your order number, and we will get back to you straightaway and provide further instructions on what will we can offer next

Customs and Duty (countries outside the EU)

Countries outside the EU may be liable to pay import duties/tax and handling charges on entering the country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods and the amount of duty is worked out on the type of goods and their value. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they might be. Our international postage charges therefore are exclusive of these charges.

You will be notified by the courier as the goods enter your country if any fees are due and these (plus any additional handling charges for customs clearance) must be borne by you. In cases where the courier does not hear back from you, the charges will be added to your original payment card so that the customs and handling charges can be cleared and you can receive your purchases.

Swimsuit Wash instructions

As all LYRA swimsuits are made from  premium Italian swimsuit material, it is required that premium and delicate fabric should be treated with much more care. 

Recommended wash method: Please wash swimsuits in cold or luke warm water by hand, using less abrasive washing clothing detergent. 

To remove Sand: Rinse the swimsuit In Cold Water. No soap, no detergent, just rinse it in cold water for about ten minutes. Then leave to dry completely and then shake the sand off. 

We would strongly advise to not leave chlorinated swimsuits in bags/enclosed for long periods of time. Please rinse/wash then dry. We also would advise that you do not leave chlorinated/or sea water LYRA swimsuits directly under the sun, as the sun can be a natural colour bleach. We would recommend the rinse and wash then dry methods above. 

Bulk buying policy 

LYRA has a policy of no bulk buying and no resale of our products. As you can imagine, as retailers we wish to sell as many products as we can – but there are some strong reasons why sometimes we must refuse a bulk buy sale.

The reason we do not wish third party resellers to trade in our products is because we want all our customers to receive top quality customer service from our own trained staff in order to find the swimsuit that best suit their preferences.  Our brand reputation is built on making sure that products are effective and tailored for the individual, to ensure that the money each customer spends with us is on something that they will use, instead of something they will find useless and will need to throw away because it did not fit/suit.  This is also vital to our Environmental Policies, where we have targeted our business to not sell products that will end up unwanted and in landfill.  Careful purchasing is good for the customer and good for the environment.

One-off bulk buys for special events.

We of course understand that sometimes bulk buying is necessary for one-off events.  We can accommodate these purchases online, where we will discuss your needs and place a special order for you. Please send an email to info@lyraswimwear.com to discuss any potential needs you may have for a one-time bulk order purchase before purchasing.
