Return & Refund Policy

Free, Fast and Easy UK Returns UK Addresses: LYRA Swimwear guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us free of charge and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods provided that: 1. The Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the 'Returns Form' within 14 days of receipt of the Goods by you; or 2. If the Goods are not returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within this period. Returns normally reach us within a few days at which point we will action the refund or exchange on receipt. However, sometimes returns take a little longer to get to us so please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post. Overseas Addresses: Please note that we do not offer our 'free returns' service outside the UK. However, we will exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is the UK. Customs/Clearance Fees: International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
